1. West Haven and Company will ship to any physical address in the US. West Haven and Company will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time. Packages may requires signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.
2. Every product shipped from West Haven and Company is insured up to the full purchase price when the total order exceeds $75. It is West Haven and Company's responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from West Haven and Company to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.
3. West Haven and Company's  preferred carrier is UPS and all shipping will be competed through them unless otherwise specified. West Haven and Company's shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier. West Haven and Company guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from www.westhavenancompany.com
4. All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of USPS; our preferred carrier. West Haven and Company honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.
