Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from a diverse network of suppliers around the world and the United States. Through an established network, we strive to bring you innovative, trend-right products regularly. Please note that we will never and do not purchase products at retail and re-sell them on our site*.
Why do your collections vary in size?
Our goal at West Haven & Company is to offer a curated collection of 5-8 items when possible. However, due to the sourcing of product, that is not always possible.
Each item in our collection will have a common thread, whether color, theme, season or otherwise.
Can I cancel / return an order?
Yes. However once a product ships, it is too late to cancel.

Is your site secure?
Yep. We are a Mcafee Secure certified site (you should see the McAfee logo on the right hand corner.) Additionally, our credit card processer has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
The Item shows "SOLD OUT" can I still get it?
Nope. Our quantities are always limited.
Every home deserves to feature unique pieces, and we certainly want to do our part. (No cookie cutter interiors!)
We may from time to time be able to bring back an item due to popularity - however that requires months of work, negotiations and sourcing.

What is The Cellar?
The Cellar features one of a kind treasures the West Haven & Company team has found upon their travels and while sourcing great finds! Items in The Cellar will not be available once they are gone. Once they have been sold, it is unlikely we will be able to get additional product due to the nature of the sourcing.
