1. West Haven and Company will ship to any physical address in the US. West Haven and Company will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time. 2. Every product shipped from West Haven and Company is insured up to the full purchase price when the total order exceeds $75. It is West Haven and Company's responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from West Haven and Company to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.
