Packages may requires signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.
2. Every product shipped from West Haven and Company is insured up to the full purchase price when the total order exceeds $75. It is West Haven and Company's responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from West Haven and Company to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.

West Haven and Company's shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier.
